Frank R. Galella III, Founder

Frank is a 29 year year aviation professional that is unique in the commercial UAV industry. Frank is a certified Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic, with Inspector Authorization (AI). He is a private pilot with 4,500+ hours of flight time in over 50 different types of aircraft, and 500+ hours of UAV flight time. In addition to NGA, Frank and his wife Tammy operate Lincoln Park Aviation (LPA), an FAA Certified Repair Station and Highland Aviation Insurance Agency (HAIA), specializing in manned and unmanned insurance for commercial and personal use. Founded in 1988, LPA is a factory-authorized Service Center for Cessna Single Engine and an FAA Certified Repair Station for Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Columbia aircraft. Highland Aviation Insurance Agency sells and manages aviation related insurance portfolios for many clients and is currently a market leader in providing UAV insurance that is customized to fit many uses and operations, including commercial and pleasure.

Anthony Nicodemo, President

Anthony is an instrument rated commercial pilot. He’s been flying for over 7 years and is now working on his Certified Flight Instructor certificate. Currently he holds an Advanced Ground Instructor certificate allowing him to teach general aviation ground school, including part 107 test prep courses. Anthony has teamed up with Frank Galella to expand on NGA’s extensive drone service experience, and offer system sales, consulting and training to public service, construction, and industrial clients. Previously, Anthony worked for 25 years in the financial industry trading futures and options around the globe. Originally from Canada, he also worked and lived in Japan and Hong Kong before settling with his wife and two young daughters in New Jersey.

Marc Mendoza, Production Manager

Marc is a college educated professional who is uniquely qualified for the commercial UAV industry. He is both an Information Technology (IT) professional with 20+ years in that industry and is also a professional photographer and videographer, with TV production experience at MTV. His photography and video work has been published online, in print and on television. Marc has 250+ hours of flight experience with UAVs. His skill set make him an invaluable asset in managing almost all aspects of commercial flight operations. Marc’s interests also include art, music and travel. He is married and has two children.
