Frank R. Galella III, Founder

Frank Galella, began his career working at a small airport in Northern New Jersey to earn his way through A&P school. In 1988 the opportunity to start his own aircraft repair shop became a reality. He has never looked back and today, Lincoln Park Aviation is proud to have one of the leading reputations in General Aviation repair, sales, insurance, and consultation. Frank holds FAA A&P license, Inspector Authorization (I.A) privileges, Pilots License with 4500+ hours of experience in over 40 different types of aircraft. Today, Frank remains “hands on” in all areas of the business, is very engaged with the clients and interaction with employees. Running a business does not afford him much time of his own, but Frank enjoys being a family man with 2 beautiful daughters. Over the last decade, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s/Drones) have become a large part of the business which trades under Next Generation Aviation. In his spare time… Frank enjoys working with his real-estate clients, being a licensed real-estate agent in New Jersey, Frank exclusively works with friends and clients whom enjoy a low key, attention to detail, and no pressure environment while buying or selling a home.

Anthony Nicodemo, President

Anthony is an instrument rated commercial pilot. He’s been flying for over 7 years and is now working on his Certified Flight Instructor certificate. Currently he holds an Advanced Ground Instructor certificate allowing him to teach general aviation ground school, including part 107 test prep courses. Anthony has teamed up with Frank Galella to expand on NGA’s extensive drone service experience, and offer system sales, consulting and training to public service, construction, and industrial clients. Previously, Anthony worked for 25 years in the financial industry trading futures and options around the globe. Originally from Canada, he also worked and lived in Japan and Hong Kong before settling with his wife and two young daughters in New Jersey.

Marc Mendoza, Production Manager

Marc is a college educated professional who is uniquely qualified for the commercial UAV industry. He is both an Information Technology (IT) professional with 20+ years in that industry and is also a professional photographer and videographer, with TV production experience at MTV. His photography and video work has been published online, in print and on television. Marc has 250+ hours of flight experience with UAVs. His skill set make him an invaluable asset in managing almost all aspects of commercial flight operations. Marc’s interests also include art, music and travel. He is married and has two children.
